implement a thing that uses XEP-0060 as part of some feature. Say
'User Tunes' or 'Atom headlines'. There is some limited support in
Gajim I believe, mostly aimed at PEP.
Hmm.. Original Gajim support for PubSub written by Tomasz Melcer
in 2006 relied on now-dead PubSub.com as a server... Hasn't anyone
else written a XEP-0060 server?

Yup, Gajim's SVN supports PEP. I'm not sure if the latest release does though.
