example add authors from http://www.ccaa.nl/ to an article you are
writing on http://www.picnicnetwork.org/,
using a central search facility with auto-complete, and then behind
the scenes, a node for that person is subscribed to, and an Atom
representation is received by the first site. Any time you update
the authorative 'thing' the shadow copy gets updated, too. You can
also auto discover pubsub nodes for every 'thing' in both
sites.
I even did the joke better - straight, with none of that silly
smiley stuff. If you hunt around, you'll find it in a completely
unrelated thread and laugh out loud at my brilliance.
